By 1970, Buddy Beaman had built an 8,000 square foot facility at 1509 Alabama Street in South Houston.  In 1974 he added 8,000 square feet; in 1976 another 32,000 square feet were added.  Another addition of 7,700 square feet was added in 1979 and a 46,000 square feet building was constructed in 1989.  The most recent addition was a 5,500 square foot packaging facility.  This combination of 107,200 square feet of buildings are today all located in the same original area of 1509 Alabama Street and Washington Avenue in South Houston.
